No Refunds or Cancellations
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or transfers once a test pack has been purchased and unlocked on your dashboard. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct mock test pack before completing your payment.
Technical Failures
If you experience a technical failure during payment (e.g., your bank account was debited but the test did not unlock), please contact our support team immediately at contact@vidhyapath.com with your Transaction ID. We will verify the transaction and manually unlock your test within 24 hours.
