Abhaya AI Tutor — Subscriptions
Try before you pay
Every new student gets a free preview period (currently 5 days) to use Abhaya and decide if it's right for them before subscribing. Please use this window to evaluate the service.
1-Month plan — non-refundable
Because you can fully evaluate Abhaya during the free preview, the 1-Month subscription is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled mid-term. It simply ends at the close of the month if you do not renew.
Quarterly, 6-Month & Annual plans — pro-rata refund
You may cancel a Quarterly, 6-Month or Annual plan at any time and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused portion. We calculate it simply and fairly:
- The months you have already used are charged at that plan's own per-month rate (the plan price divided by its number of months).
- Any part-month you have started is rounded up to a full month.
- The remaining, unused months are refunded to your original payment method.
Example
A 6-Month plan bought for ₹4,199 works out to ₹700 / month (₹4,199 ÷ 6). If you cancel after using it for 1.5 months (rounded up to 2 months), we keep 2 × ₹700 = ₹1,400 and refund the remaining 4 months = ₹2,799.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days of approval. Any referral reward already paid on this subscription may be adjusted against the refund.
How to cancel or request a refund
Email contact@vidhyapath.com from your registered email address, mentioning your registered mobile number. We'll confirm the eligible refund amount and process it to your original payment method.
Mock Test Packs (one-time ₹49 purchases)
Mock tests give instant digital access to papers, solutions and analytics, so ₹49 mock-pack purchases are final — they are not refundable, cancellable or transferable once unlocked on your dashboard. Please confirm the correct pack before paying. (This does not affect your subscription rights above.)
Payment / technical failures
If your bank account was debited but access did not activate, email contact@vidhyapath.com with your Transaction ID. We'll verify and either activate your access or refund the amount, usually within 24 hours.
