1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using Vidhyapath ("Platform", "we", "us") at vidhyapath.com, you ("User", "Student") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use this Platform.

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Terms on your behalf before you use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

Vidhyapath is an independent online educational platform offering:

• Full-length mock tests for TG EAPCET (TS EAMCET), NEET UG, and other competitive entrance examinations.
• AI-generated bilingual (English and Telugu) lesson videos and quizzes via the Student Learning Portal.
• Subject analytics, distractor analysis, hints, solutions, and rank estimates.

Important: Vidhyapath is an independent educational platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing JNTUH, TSCHE, NTA, NMC, or any government examination authority. Mock test performance does not guarantee any rank, score, or admission outcome in the actual examination.

3. User Eligibility and Account

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• One person may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to use your account or purchased mocks — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 require parental/guardian consent as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Payments, Pricing & No Auto-Renewal

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Each mock test purchase is a one-time, per-test payment. There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals, and no recurring charges.
• In compliance with RBI e-mandate guidelines, no recurring debit instruction is created from your payment method. Each transaction requires a separate explicit action from you.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway regulated by the RBI. Vidhyapath does not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
• A payment confirmation email will be sent within 30 minutes of a successful transaction.

5. Refund Policy

Full refund policy is available at vidhyapath.com/refunds. Summary:

• Because mock tests are digital products delivered instantly upon payment, refunds are generally not available once a test has been unlocked and accessed.
• Technical failure exception: If a test cannot be accessed due to a verified platform-side technical error, a full refund or replacement mock will be provided.
• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase by emailing contact@vidhyapath.com with your payment reference number.
• This refund policy complies with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

• All content on this Platform — including mock test questions, distractor analysis, hints, lesson videos, scripts, UI design, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Vidhyapath.
• You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your own educational purposes only.
• You must not copy, screenshot, screen-record, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publish any Platform content without prior written permission.
• Automated scraping, bot-based access, or API extraction of questions or content is strictly prohibited.

7. AI-Generated Content

Lesson videos on the Student Learning Portal are created using AI technology including synthetic voice and avatar generation. In compliance with the IT Rules Amendment 2026 (effective 20 Feb 2026):

• All AI-generated content carries a visible "AI-Generated Content" label.
• AI-generated content is used solely for educational purposes and does not impersonate any real individual.
• Vidhyapath does not use AI to generate false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• If you believe any content is a harmful synthetic representation, report it immediately to contact@vidhyapath.com. User-reported concerns are resolved within 36 hours.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts, admin panels, or backend systems.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content.
• Impersonate Vidhyapath, its team, or any other user.
• Use the Platform in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair its operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vidhyapath provides mock tests and educational content as preparation tools only. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding examination outcomes, rank predictions, or admission results. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or our services. Material changes will be communicated via email and a platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
